However, there was an inconvenient water outage for a full day that disrupted basic needs, and the front desk initially did not seem to prioritize the issue. While the manager offered a partial refund, the level of communication could have been improved during the situation.

This place suits me perfectly with fantastic wi-fi, great 24-hour reception, and attentive staff. They even helped me find my lost necklace on my first visit. Renato was especially wonderful. I’m definitely coming back for a city break!

Had a fantastic group vacation! We explored the local markets and visited historical sites nearby. The beds were comfy, and hot water was always available. We also loved the breakfast and the helpful staff, who gave great recommendations. Just a heads up, the hotel locks its doors at 10 pm, so plan accordingly.
